It’s veterinarian tested and formulated to help control plaque, tartar buildup, and freshen breath. However, our cat didn’t like either of the flavors at all. Once he smells it, he doesn’t let us get close to him. So far, we’re only using the long toothbrush, but just the small part of it.

2. Petsmile – Professional Pet Toothpaste

Petsmile is not only approved by the Veterinary Oral Health Council, but it also comes highly recommended by our trusted veterinarian. 3. Virbac CET Enzymatic Toothpaste

The CET Enzymatic Toothpaste has a Dual-Enzyme System which is specially formulated to combat plaque and tartar buildup, cleaning our pet’s teeth and gums effectively while being gentle on their oral tissues. The toothpaste comes in 5 flavors: Poultry, Malt, Vanilla-Mint, Beef, and Seafood. My cat loves the beef flavor, and it’s the easiest toothpaste he will take, allowing us to brush his teeth like a breeze.

Along with Petsmile, we use this one in our cat’s daily routine, and we are so happy with the results and how easily my cat takes to it.
